How Do You Transfer Itunes Songs From A Computer To Another?

I have 851 songs, (5.11G) of music and its all saved on my windows xp computer. It is starting to get really slow and i think its going to crash soon and i don't want to loose all that music. I have it all on my itouch already but i wanted to know how i could save all this music so that i could have it when we get a new computer to load them into. I would love to have some directions on how to save them and then how to load them back onto another computer.
Thanks a lot

you cam get an external hard drive. This will plug in to you pc. Once installed you will be able to transfer everything you want. Note they now have the external casing hard drives which you can add a hard drive to it are you can buy one that has it in it all ready. Another thing make sure it is compatible with your XP. I brought one and my XP needed to have service pack 4 installed on it. Good luck. So now I have 2 external hard drive and doing good.

You could get a jump drive from anywhere that sells computers, printers, school Accessories, etc.
jump drives is probably the most easiest way
just connect it into your USB port
    and transfer it
